The leasing data is only processed for the purpose of contacting consumer credit companies about the possible provision of consumer credit needed to pay for the goods purchased in case you choose the deferred payment option. The legal basis for this processing is the mutual performance of a contract and/or the conclusion of a contract at your request.

We may process information in connection with any communication you send to us (“correspondence data”). Correspondence data may include the content of the communication and metadata related to the communication. If communication is initiated via our website’s contact forms, the website will generate the metadata associated with the correspondence. The correspondence data is processed for the purposes of contacting you and keeping records. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, i.e. the proper administration of our website and business, the provision of consistent and high quality consultations and the resolution of disputes between you and our employees.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely the protection and safeguarding of our legitimate rights, your legitimate rights and the legitimate rights of others.

Assuming that the rights and freedoms of others are not affected, we will provide a copy of your personal data.
